Economic Stimulus checks, described as "Money from Airplanes" by columnist Charles Krauthammer, were intended only for those who filed an income tax return and had a Social Security number. Our friends at the IRS, in a fit of compassion, have mailed out stimulus checks to thousands of people who are not only dead, but had never registered for Social Security.

These are the same folks who will be running the banking, insurance, and automobile businesses that were once the strength of our nation.
